
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
There are specific responsibilities that are expected from a customer of the Passaic County One Stop Career Center.
A customer will:
- Be respectful to the staff, customers, facilities, equipment and policies of the Passaic County One-Stop Career Center.

- Carry the One-Stop Career Center membership card at all times.

- Provide accurate information and documentation to the One Stop staff to ensure appropriate services.

- Use equipment for job search and training purposes only.

- Take personal responsibility by keeping all appointments, being on time, and following through with instructions from staff.

- Attend to personal hygiene so that it does not interfere with the environment of others.

- Ask for Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accommodations, if assistance is needed due to a disability.

- For safety reasons, supervise children at all times.

- Keep possession of personal belongings at all times. The Passaic County One-Stop Career Center is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

- Use cell phones outside of the building. The Career Center does not permit cell phone usage in the building.

- Not smoke in our building or within 20 feet of the entrance.

- Not solicit or loiter on the premises, or within 20 feet of the entrance of the building.

- Eat only in designated areas.
