The Passaic County Workforce Development Center is a public non-profit organization under the auspices of the Passaic County, New Jersey Board of Chosen Freeholders.

Overseen by the Workforce Investment Board of Passaic County, the majority of whose members represent the business community, the PCWDC seeks to empower individuals to gain productive employment.
